First Deployment of Innovative and True
3D Content on the Broadband Service

Road Runner is the high-speed online service owned by Time-Warner, MediaOne Group, Microsoft Corp., Compaq Computer and Advance/Newhouse. The Road Runner launch will be the first deployment of 3D technology on the broadband platform.

The site utilizes streaming video and streaming audio to offer personal music video favorites within each music genre room. Additionally, users have access to the latest in music news and in the future will be able to view live cybercasts in the first true three dimensional cybercast theatre built for the Internet.
