AOL Time Warner's Road Runner to Promote Worlds.com
On Nationwide Cable Affiliates
30-Second Spot Features AerosmithWorld by Worlds.com
To Audience of 9.25 Million Cable Homes
Stamford, CT, March 5, 2001 - Road Runner, the broadband Internet service of AOL Time Warner, has launched an advertising campaign on all AOL Time Warner affiliate cable television stations in the United States for the month of March, promoting AerosmithWorld by Worlds.com (OTC//BB: WDDD).
The promotional campaign is a feature of the newly signed content supply renewal of the revenue sharing agreement between Worlds.com and Road Runner.
The Road Runner-produced, 30-second commercial will promote AerosmithWorld by Worlds.com and Aerosmith's new CD, Just Push Play, to Road Runner's high speed, cable modem subscribers on nationwide AOL Time Warner cable systems.
"By showcasing key programming elements and features of the AerosmithWorld on the Road Runner high speed online service, we hope to be able to turn a conventional 'tune-in promotion' into 'sign-up' marketing. The potential reach for this spot is 9.25 million cable homes, in 29 markets, throughout the month of March", said Thom Kidrin, Worlds.com CEO/President. "This is another in a series of agreements signed by Worlds.com with high profile partners that bring strong marketing capabilities to our 3D sites."
The commercial is the first television campaign for Worlds.com on Road Runner. It will run in conjunction with the CD release and official Aerosmith.com site launch by Worlds.com. AerosmithWorld will be available for download from the Worlds.com site.
